Happy Birthdays!!
This month is a busy month for birthdays in our family. Dad, Bryndi, cousin Treygun, Lacey, and Bradyn all turned another year older this month. Bryndi and cousin Treygun have their birthdays on the same day. So this year we did a little birthday party for both of them at the church, (a couple days before their actual birthday). Rowdy cooked homemade chicken noodles and mashed potatoes, which everyone loved. Then we played games, opened presents and ate cake and icecream. It was a fun night. Then on the day of Bryndi's 9th birthday she got to open more presents from us. She got a lot of fun things to wear and play with.

This last Sunday was Bradyn's 5th birthday. To celebrate her birthday we went out Saturday night,to eat at Winger's and afterwards went to the movie theatre and watched Bolt. The kids really enjoyed their evening out!! It was a great time. On Sunday, Bradyn opened alot of fun presents. We had Grandpa Bern and Grandma Diane over to eat cake with us. No ice cream, I forgot to get some!! Also celebrating birthday's this month was Dad, Lacey, and Diane's daughters, Melissa and Brittney. Busy, busy, busy!!

ELEVEN YEARS!!
Last Saturday, November 15th, was me and Rowdy's anniversary! We've been married for 11 awesome years. I say awesome but do I mean it............ absolutely!! It's amazing how fast time has passed by, bringing it's hardships and accomplishments. I find it amazing that the love you have for one another at the beginning can grow and multiply by thousands as the years go by. (Just a little bit of mushy ok!!!) But any how, we had a great day! It was Saturday of course so that only means one thing.....HUNTING!! We had a couple snowmachines that we took up with us, which really saves on the feet and allows you to cover a lot more ground. I know, you are all thinking the same thing, "There's no snow!" But there is and just enough for a pleasant snowmachine ride through the trees. (Not only am I wearing sexy camo, Tiff, but check out those glasses!! That's sexy right there! Ha Ha.) Unfortunately we never did see any animals.
That evening Rowdy took me to Idaho Falls and ate at Jaker's. If you haven't been to Jaker's, you got to go try it. The food was sooo good and the service was great. After that we went and did a little shopping in the mall. We had such a great time just hanging out with eachother. Thanks Rowdy! :)

The Things We Do
I'm crazy but I enjoy going hunting with Rowdy and whoever else wants to go. As I was growing up I'd get to tag along with Mom and Dad. I loved it right from the first time I went. Some of my most memorable childhood memories were of the times I was hunting with Ma and Pa and how much fun we'd have with eachother. I guess the reason I enjoy hunting so much is not so much the "hunt" itself but I love the outdoors and the animals. It's amazing just how close you can get to an upset elk or a scavaging black bear. Rowdy and I were fortunate enough to go archery hunting (hunting with a bow) a few times this year. He was able to call a couple real nice bull elk into us, and when I say, "into us", I mean 20 yards, standing in front of us, and ususally ready to fight!! You all need to have an expirience like that. You instantly gain a whole new respect for those big beautiful animals. Needless to say, Rowdy failed to get an elk this year. But I drew on a special elk hunt which opened last Saturday. We went up Saturday and had no luck. Yesterday the weather was terrible, and we knew it was snowing up high in the mountains, so guess what???? The Rigby's and Dad went hunting!!! Oh fun fun!! It looked like December!! There was 8 inches of heavy wet snow, and it was still falling at times. We made a little loop through the trees, seeing nothing but white untouched snow. By the time we made it back to the suburban we were pretty tired. That's when I said, "The things we do!!" But it was a good time!

Sliding into November
It's hard to believe that October has come and gone so fast. I keep thinking that time is going to slow down for us, but no such luck! In our family we have 7 birthdays on my side and 3 more on Rowdy's side of the family. It's a crazy month, but I love it. Halloween was really fun!! Bryndi & Britton both had fun parties at school. Later that evening we all dressed up and went to the "Trunk or Treat". It's always fun to see all the fun costumes. After all that fun was over we went out to Dad & Diane's house for a family party. We ate great food and had a good time laughing at eachother's costumes.
